PRESS REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
ICG-Americas 2013 is pleased to offer registration for press passes for accredited media working for scientific news journals/magazines/newspapers. Once granted, the full complimentary press pass will cover all meals served during the conference, including the Conference Dinner.
Press Passes will only be granted to working journalists who plan to cover this event. To qualify for press credentials, you must be affiliated with an international, national, or regional newspaper, journal, or magazine, and hold an editorial title or an acknowledged writer for your organization.
Note: Video and/or audio recording of any kind are prohibited onsite at all time, unless given approval by the organizers and the speakers. The conference host’s reserves the right to request documentation regarding press credentials.
Important: Due to limited spacing, we will not be accepting application for press passes after August 15th and we will not hold onsite press registration.
